30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our aim is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your HoneyHone™ Kit. If you find that our product does not meet your expectations, simply reach out to us at hello@honeyhone.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return. Once we receive your item, we will process a full refund to the card we have on file. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition.
1-Year Free Warranty
We offer a 1-year free warranty covering the roller and the base of your HoneyHone™ Kit. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Please note that the grinding pads, leather strop, and gloves are not covered under this warranty due to normal wear and tear expected from regular use.
Lifetime Warranty
The roller and the base of your HoneyHone™ Kit are also covered by a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the same defects in material or workmanship as the 1-year warranty and is valid for the lifetime of your product. Like the 1-year warranty, this does not include the grinding pads, leather strop, or gloves.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If you believe your product has a defect covered under our warranties, please contact us at hello@honeyhone.com with a detailed description of the issue and proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process of sending your product back for inspection and, if applicable, repair or replacement.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranties provided do not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, accidents, or alteration of the product.
Our warranties and guarantees are non-transferable and only apply to the original purchaser of the product. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for warranty services.
