This Lifetime Warranty covers the roller and base against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We will replace or repair, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Exclusions: The grinding pads, leather strop, and gloves are not covered by this warranty. These components are expected to wear over time and through regular use.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Improper maintenance, misuse, accidents, or alteration of the product.
How to Use Your Warranty
To obtain warranty service, please follow these steps:

2. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to mail your product back for inspection.
3. We will assess the product and perform repairs or replace the item if applicable.
Our Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Items must have been purchased from an authorized dealer.
